Pub Refurbishment

Refurbishment into a Gastro Pub in Partridge Green.

The Victorian building lacked the usual charm of a traditional country pub. Whilst the ambition was to transform the business into a gastro-pub, particular attention was given to the detail in creating attractive spaces to sit in and eat, both inside and out.

The cramped kitchen was moved out of the main building and into an annex function room, which increased food preparation capacity, whilst releasing more of the original pub to restore dining area.

Externally the gardens were transformed with additional terrace areas and significant landscape planting to create a welcoming and attractive dining environment.
